Job Title
Director, Human ResourcesWhat does a successful Director of Human Resources do at Fiserv? We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of success in partnering with diverse business units. As a Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for driving the talent strategy and supporting the business in achieving its goals.
What you will do:
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and leaders within the organization to understand their business needs and provide HR support and solutions and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address talent gaps and succession planning needs
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational design efforts to ensure optimal structure and effectiveness
- Drive employee engagement and development initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Partner with recruiters to identify and attract top talent for open positions within the organization
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and track HR initiatives
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and implement relevant strategies within the organization
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on partnering with business units and driving talent strategies
- Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Manager
- Expert-level Excel skills includeadvanced use of Pivot Tables, including dynamic Pivot Charts, and VLOOKUP formulas
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- International experience
- 8+ years of experience using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- 8+ years of experience creating presentations using MS PowerPoint.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, or other recognized HR certifications.
- Experience in a matrixed environment overseeing multiple client groups.
