Client Delivery ManagerWhat does a successful Client Delivery Manager do?
The Client Delivery Manager serves as the primary contact for professional support for both new and existing clients. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales team and the Client Delivery Team in Germany, ensuring effective estimation and realization of client change requests. The Client Delivery Manager is responsible for the coordination and delivery of all client projects, supporting the agile transformation within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The success of this role is defined by exceptional client support, effective management of project scope, budget control, and timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
What you will do:
- Act as the local contact for Sales and the Client Delivery Team regarding client change requests.
- Handle requests related to technical and functional aspects of our service portfolio.
- Coordinate and deliver all client projects within Business as Usual (BAU).
- Support the agile transformation throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Provide professional and process-oriented client support in accordance with service agreements.
- Define, plan, realize, and present feasibility analyses.
- Discuss client requirements and establish project scope.
- Collaborate with delivery units to develop solutions and strategies that align with client expectations and timelines.
- Control budgets and track milestones.
- Host business meetings with clients in collaboration with the Sales department, Business Representatives, and IT experts.
- Conduct customer-specific market and competitive analyses.
What you will need to have:
- Completed university degree and/or several years of professional experience, along with extensive knowledge of the payment industry.
- Ability to interact with international customers effectively.
- Experience in market analysis and requirements definition.
- Strong skills in business analysis and process definitions.
- Several years of project work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
- Assertiveness and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Goal-oriented and solution-oriented working approach.
- Experience in managing client relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required.
