This role requires building strong working relationships with front-line sales teams and other departments across the organization to effectively monitor and report on process and system adoption and adherence, identifying areas for improvement.

What you will do:

  • Address operational issues to allow Sales Leaders to focus on opportunity management, sales associates, and the businesses.
  • Enhance sales-related processes, programs, and change management through direct and indirect team members/stakeholders.
  • Manage large programs in areas such as demand generation, deal governance, opportunity advancement, and reporting and analysis.
  • Provide relevant insights for cadence-driven processes enabling business focus, sales execution, and transparency (e.g., bi-monthly forecasts, pipeline status).
  • Drive alignment between Sales organization efforts and the businesses supported.
  • Act as a channel for cascading information into the business unit and for outbound communication.
  • Plan and execute the rollout of processes and supporting technology platforms such as CRM and data analysis tools for sales forecasting, planning, and demand generation.
  • Identify, develop, monitor, and analyze sales performance KPIs and metrics.

What you will need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Support, or Sales Operations roles in a large, multi-divisional organization.
  • Experience in developing and leading high-performance teams.
  • Experience in successfully leading ad-hoc teams without direct lines of reporting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of key sales performance metrics and processes (pipeline, forecasting, demand generation).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM, with the ability to create queries and reports.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance, and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and support senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial models.
  • Expertise in business process management best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement metrics.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel as appropriate (estimated at less than 25%).

Perks at Work:

  • We’re #FiservProud of our commitment to your overall well-being with a growing offering of physical, mental, emotional, and financial benefits from day one.
