What does a successful Relationship Manager do?A successful Relationship Manager at Fiserv is responsible for creating, developing, and managing strategic relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the client’s business, industry trends, and competitive landscape. The Relationship Manager acts as a trusted advisor to senior executives within the client organization, orchestrating resources to provide comprehensive solutions and services that drive client satisfaction, revenue, and growth.

What you will do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business drivers, strategies, and competitive position.
  • Build and enhance long-term relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Orchestrate the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive solutions and services to the client.
  • Sell add-on Issuer products and services, managing opportunities from initiation to close and implementation.
  • Qualify client-specific enterprise opportunities and develop a pipeline with Solution Sales Specialists.
  • Conduct regular communication with clients at all levels, articulating Fiserv's value proposition.
  • Analyze market changes and trends relevant to clients and Fiserv.
  • Ensure proactive accountability to the client, leading to enhanced client experience and retention.

What you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering, selling, and managing accounts in the financial services or banking sector.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a P&L.
  • 3+ years of experience structuring and consulting on large bundled deals in the technology industry.
  • Thorough understanding of large Financial Institutions, including experience in issuing and other key banking functions.
  • Experience working for a technology product or services company.
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding financial commitments.
  • Experience working in a large, matrix organization with hundreds of products/services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%

  • Extensive experience in relationship management within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with Fiserv’s product and service offerings.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and processes.

Salary Range

$59,500.00 - $126,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Illinois, California and District of Columbia. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
