Vice President, Business AnalyticsWhat does a great Vice President, Business Analytics do at Fiserv?
As the Vice President, Business Analytics at Fiserv, you will lead and oversee a team responsible for forecasting, monitoring, and analyzing a diverse set of transactions within the Fiserv owned debit payments networks and related processing services. Your role will involve conducting in-depth business analytics to evaluate internal and industry trends. We are seeking a dynamic leader who can effectively manage technical resources while comprehending the strategic business impact of data analysis and reporting.
What you will do:
- Lead a team focused on data analytics, covering data structures, modeling, statistical analysis, and reporting for accurate performance assessments
- Generate valuable business and industry insights utilizing internal and external data sources
- Establish and maintain strong operational processes to ensure effectiveness across all areas of responsibility
- Manage and deliver projects within established timelines
- Foster collaboration with various teams within the Network department and across Fiserv
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with clients to share strategic insights
What You Will Need To Have:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in delivering analytic results
- 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity
- Master’s degree is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in executive-level client interactions, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding and practical application of statistical and reporting tools
- Exceptional organizational abilities to excel under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
What Would Be Great To Have:
- Previous experience in client-facing roles or people management
- Payments Experience
- Certification or coursework in the field of business analytics or a related area
Salary Range
$140,900.00 - $251,700.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
