Job Title

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Director of IT Operations to lead and manage our IT operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large teams, supporting application operations, file transmissions, monitoring and observability, project management, and project delivery within the Fintech industry. This role requires a deep understanding of systems support, middleware, backend databases, and frontend layers such as Apache, Apigee, and MQ. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong knowledge of monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Moogsoft, and Splunk, and their integration across applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the IT operations team, ensuring efficient and effective support for application operations and file transmissions.
Oversee monitoring and observability efforts to ensure system reliability and performance.
Drive project management and project delivery initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion of IT projects.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on systems support, middleware, backend databases, and frontend layers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Moogsoft, Splunk) across applications and platforms.
Develop and implement IT operational strategies aligned with business goals.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize IT operations.
