Sr. SDET for AndroidWhat does a successful Sr. SDET for Android do at Fiserv?

As an SDET on our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and security of our Android applications, which are used by millions of people every day. What you will do:
- You’ll partner with us and other teams to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- You'll design, implement, and maintain Android test automation using Espresso and UI Automator to streamline testing and improve efficiency.
- You’ll perform thorough manual and regression testing to identify defects and ensure our applications work perfectly across different devices, screen sizes, and OS versions.
- You'll use Jira to document and track bugs, providing detailed information to our developers for quick resolution.
- You'll proactively identify opportunities to enhance our testing processes and stay on top of the latest tools and technologies to continually improve our quality assurance.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education and military.
- 7+ years of Quality Assurance and/or Software Development experience. Preferably with mobile applications.
- Exposure programming experience with Java or Kotlin along with 5+ years of programming or scripting languages. (Java, TypeScript, Python).
- 5+ years of Android test automation development with Espresso and/or UI Automator.
- Experience with Android Tools - ADB, DDMS, Monkey, Memory Analyzer tool etc.
- Experience testing REST API calls and writing SQL queries.
- Experience using test case management and defect management tools like Confluence, JIRA, ALM, or MTM.
What would be great to have:
- Fintech, POS or Payments experience
- Networking and/or security experience

Salary Range
$97,500.00 - $164,400.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
