Wir suchen Verstärkung für unser internationales Großkundenteam International and Domestic Enterprise Clients.
In dieser Rolle betreust du einen Teil der wichtigsten Kunden unseres Unternehmens – Unternehmen, bei denen du vermutlich selbst regelmäßig einkaufst.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Umsetzung der Preboarding‑Prozesse für UK und europäische Großkunden
• Betreuung der kaufmännischen Ansprechpartner von Großkunden sowie von Franchisenehmern
• Automatisierung von Arbeitsabläufen und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
• Klärung und Beantwortung komplexer Kundenanfragen
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Kundenbeziehungen
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Kundentermine und weiterer kundenrelevanter Aktivitäten

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

• Eine starke, positive Persönlichkeit
• Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Poseidon sowie in technischen Abläufen des Netzbetriebs, inklusive MCS und IPG
• Expertise im Bereich Kassenschnittstellen
• Kenntnisse in OPY – RAM
• Erfahrung mit KYC/AML‑Prozessen im regulierten Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Händlergeschäft
• Umfassendes Verständnis der Produkte und Dienstleistungen von Fiserv
• Fließende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
