About your role:

As a Client Project Manager, you support the delivery of the Enterprise Payment Platform (EPP) to an expanding global client base. You will structure and oversee complex client projects, working closely with product, delivery, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure successful outcomes. Your work helps our clients achieve their payment transformation goals while driving predictable delivery, strong governance, and long-term client relationships.

What you'll do:

  • Structure and lead end-to-end delivery of client projects and programmes on the Enterprise Payment Platform, including planning, governance, and reporting.
  • Deliver to agreed time, cost, quality, and scope constraints for allocated projects and programmes, managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Complete standard project and programme deliverables to agreed quality standards, ensuring compliance with internal methodologies and client expectations.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within Fiserv and client organizations, acting as a trusted programme partner.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across the software development life cycle, including requirements, design, build/test, quality assurance, and implementation.
  • Define, articulate, and adapt project and programme approaches in response to agreed changes, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Manage changes driven by shifting business priorities, including scope, resources, and timelines, while maintaining control of commercials and commitments.
  • Provide leadership across virtual project teams for EPP, promoting respectful collaboration and the spread of delivery best practices.
  • Lead commercial aspects of project delivery, including financial tracking, contractual considerations, and support for commercial negotiations.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement in delivery processes and tools, contributing to the evolution of the EPP delivery methodology.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale projects or programmes in a commercial environment, delivering solutions to external clients.
  • Experience with the project life cycle, including scope management, change control, process management, and delivery governance.
  • Experience delivering high-value and fixed-price projects, including responsibility for project commercials and financial performance.
  • Experience working across development and delivery life cycles, coordinating with technical teams and managing delivery dependencies.
  • Experience building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including remote or distributed teams.
  • Experience prioritizing competing requirements and timelines, ensuring delivery to agreed milestones.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience in the payments industry or delivery of payments platforms to financial institutions or large enterprises.
  • Experience using tools such as Clarity and Jira or similar project and portfolio management tools.
  • Experience working in a client-facing consulting or programme management capacity on complex technology implementations.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
