You will work with product, client delivery, security, compliance, infrastructure, and data teams to guide migrations, integration architecture, release controls, and operational stability. Your work will improve platform resiliency, reduce transformation risk, and help convert core banking capabilities into modern APIs and governed data products.

What you’ll do:

  • Define modernization strategy for multi-version, multi-client core banking platforms while protecting uptime, data integrity, client commitments, and regulatory obligations
  • Review architecture and code-level decisions across Temenos Transact, Oracle Flexcube, Finastra Fusion, Finacle, MultiValue databases, integration middleware, and payment modules
  • Establish standards for version governance, cutover planning, regression automation, parallel runs, data reconciliation, release evidence, and operational controls
  • Partner with product, client delivery, security, compliance, infrastructure, and data teams to convert core banking capabilities into modern APIs and governed data products
  • Manage and develop teams through technical coaching, performance management, staffing decisions, and execution oversight across high-risk modernization workstreams
  • Lead transformation planning and risk management for migration and deployment activities to improve repeatability, auditability, and delivery control

What you will need to have:

  • 13+ years of experience in core banking engineering, modernization, implementation, platform transformation, or related technical leadership in banking, fintech, processing, or vendor environments
  • 8+ years of experience defining and delivering migration, upgrade, consolidation, or cloud-hosted transformation programs for core banking platforms
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams
  • 8+ years of experience with at least one major core banking platform such as Temenos T24 or Transact, Oracle Flexcube, Finastra Fusion, Finacle, or similar enterprise banking platforms
  • 8+ years of experience supporting payments, general ledger, deposits, loans, customer, account, fees, limits, and regulatory reporting domains in production banking environments
  • Experience leading a major core banking consolidation, migration, upgrade, or cloud-hosted transformation in a multi-client environment
  • Experience converting legacy core banking capabilities into modern API and data product architectures
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

What would be great to have:
