You will help enable delivery of the proposed operating model and efficiency changes within robust governance frameworks, while meeting regulatory expectations from the Central Bank of Ireland and EU regulators.

What you’ll do

  • Provide strategic oversight, governance, and regulatory assurance for the transformation programme from a risk management perspective.

  • Support delivery of proposed model and efficiency changes within robust governance frameworks and in line with regulatory expectations (CBI, EU regulators).

  • Lead the second line of defense (2LoD) Risk team’s contribution to the programme.

  • Ensure programme alignment to risk appetite, capital considerations, safeguarding requirements, and enterprise risk frameworks.

  • Escalate material risk and control matters to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and other senior stakeholders as required.

  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you’ll need to have

  • Experience in large-scale integration, transformation, and/or regulatory-driven change programmes.

  • Deep knowledge of payments sector operations.

  • Ability to operate effectively at executive and senior stakeholder level.

Experience that would be great to have

  • Experience working directly with the Central Bank of Ireland and/or EU regulators on risk and control topics.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and embedding governance and oversight routines in complex transformation programmes.

How you’ll work

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
