Customer Service - Sr Associate I

Job Description:

This position will manage back office operational activities (admin) for the card holder to resolve their credit card related queries received by various sources. Requires strong customer service expertise, communication (written) and decision-making skills.


Job Responsibilities:

Provide resolution to customer request by processing the request with accuracy. Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision Recommend improvement in the processes to bring efficiency in the process. Achieve good productivity number, quality score and other parameters above benchmark to be competition

Skills/Experience:

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency and accuracy in typing, minimum typing of 40-50 word per minute Ability to organize, follow-up multiple tasks / details with accuracy and timeliness Ability to work flexible hours with rotational week-off

Preference:

Back-office, Card payment industry, customer support role experience

Excel knowledge & Computer/Laptop proficiency
