Implementation Engineer in Digital Team (m/f/d)What does a successful Implementation Engineer do?
As an Implementation Engineer in our Digital Team you will act as a client facing 1st line support within implementation capacity, in a role of technical expert on the payment product for Customers and Stakeholders, within the Implementation Team.
What you will do:
- Overall technical accountability for Customers’ onboarding during the implementation stage
- Undertake client solutioning and advisory – provide expertise during calls and input for second line of support in tickets’ resolution.
- Own all aspects of solution implementation – incl. tests, trainings and documentation
- Document processes and contribute to analytical documents
- Troubleshooting activities – actively seek for solutions and collaborate with various Teams
- Daily cooperation with other Team Members – mostly Support Specialists, Testers, Analysts
- Seek to understand technical matters outside personal area of expertise and synthetize for broader discussion
- Presales activities - organise and conduct workshops.
What you need to have:
- Good industry knowledge in the payments domain
- Technical studies and few experience in hands-on engineering roles – preferably as a Support Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Product Owner or similar non-managerial positions
- Familiar with Android based applications and hardware
- Familiarity with card payment environment – schemes, regulations, mobile payments – nice to have
- Strong analytical skills
- Communication abilities to directly engage with Customers and Senior Management
- Ability to cooperate with various dispersed Teams
- Demonstrated Experience working in an Agile environment (Atlassian suite)
- Fluent English & Polish.
