PROGRAM DETAILS:

This is a full-time (36 hours per week), paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across multiple areas of the business. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain practical, real-world experience in a professional environment. The program allows interns to explore the retail industry while developing a strong understanding of a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer business. Over the course of the 10-week program, interns will participate in meaningful project work that supports day-to-day business operations. In addition to hands-on learning, the program includes executive meet-and-greets, panel discussions, and professional development opportunities, offering valuable insight into leadership perspectives and potential career paths within the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Merchandising department
• Open, organize and review in-bound samples and maintain sample managements list
• Assist in pulling reports for business reviews and summarizing key sales trends to provide suggestions for future season strategies
• Attend team meetings with merchandising and creative teams to understand how the product goes from inception to creation
• Prepare reporting and samples for key business meetings
• Update Asset Map detail pages to facilitate catalog publication, using PowerPoint

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027
• Pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; other data analysis tools and analytical background a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
