PROGRAM DETAILS:

This is a full-time (36 hours per week), paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across multiple areas of the business. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain practical, real-world experience in a professional environment. The program allows interns to explore the retail industry while developing a strong understanding of a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer business. Over the course of the 10-week program, interns will participate in meaningful project work that supports day-to-day business operations. In addition to hands-on learning, the program includes executive meet-and-greets, panel discussions, and professional development opportunities, offering valuable insight into leadership perspectives and potential career paths within the organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern to support key strategic initiatives for the summer. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to assist in defining go-to-market strategy, building comprehensive marketing calendars, and contributing to the development of marketing plans and creative briefs for brand campaigns across digital and print channels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the definition and execution of go-to-market strategy for seasonal brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Assist in building and maintaining master marketing calendars that align campaign timing, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of marketing plans and creative briefs for both online and print initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Merchandising, E-Commerce, Creative) to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and assets.
  • Help track timelines, deliverables, and approvals for marketing activities to support seamless execution.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project tracking to ensure visibility into priorities and progress.
  • Gather and organize competitive and market trend data to inform strategic decisions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
