PROGRAM DETAILS:

This is a full-time (36 hours per week), paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across multiple areas of the business. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain practical, real-world experience in a professional environment. The program allows interns to explore the retail industry while developing a strong understanding of a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer business. Over the course of the 10-week program, interns will participate in meaningful project work that supports day-to-day business operations. In addition to hands-on learning, the program includes executive meet-and-greets, panel discussions, and professional development opportunities, offering valuable insight into leadership perspectives and potential career paths within the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Inventory Planning department, supporting ongoing business needs.
• Support data mining and analysis efforts to provide accurate, timely insights to inventory teams.
• Partner with brand inventory planning teams to understand business challenges and help identify potential solutions.
• Participate in demand forecasting, media planning, and report development projects as needed.
• Attend weekly team meetings to gain exposure to end-to-end processes that support delivering great products to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management on a variety of projects and initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Demonstrated verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and apply basic Retail Math concepts
