Gabbi Health is looking for a talented and passionate email/sms marketing expert, with experience in B2B2C and an interest in women's health, to contract for our team for 3-6 months. This role will have an equal focus on both strategy and execution.

Have you ever been impacted by breast cancer? Do you know somebody who has? By the time we turn 50, most of us will have been close to somebody who has had a diagnosis or even been diagnosed ourselves. At Gabbi, we’re on a mission to make late-stage breast cancer obsolete.
Early detection is key. Women diagnosed at stage 0 or stage 1 have a 99% survival rate; women diagnosed at stage 4 have a ~30% survival rate.
The problem is that women don’t know their risk, so they don’t know what kind of care to get and when to get it. Gabbi has created an all-inclusive risk assessment that is the most accurate at predicting a woman’s risk of developing breast cancer. Once a woman knows her risk, we arm her with a personalized action plan and real-time care navigation with our team of clinical breast specialists to make sure she can get the care she needs, when she needs it.

What You’ll Do:
We work with B2B partners including employers, health plans and health systems to offer breast cancer risk assessment and telehealth to employees, members and patients. This role will focus both on improving email/sms marketing tactics for existing partners, as well as preparing new campaigns for upcoming partner launches.
- Strategy:
- Analyze our existing emails and sms drip campaigns to identify tactics to improve open, click through and conversion rates
- Design workflows and tactics for 3 new campaigns for upcoming partners
- Execution:
- For existing and new campaigns, implement changes, design/create new emails, write copy for emails and SMS, and build and launch drip workflows in Hubspot
- Create engaging and compelling email content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice, including engaging copy and persuasive calls to action.
- Own the email approval process with our partners, getting reviews and making updates based on partner feedback.
- Reporting and Iteration:
- Segment and manage email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication based on customer demographics, preferences and behavior.
- Monitor and study email campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), such as email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for email optimization and implementing A/B testing to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement rates.
- Share out results and iteration plans regularly with the team
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Deep experience setting up and working with CRMs and email platforms, creating email/sms lifecycle strategies to acquire and retain users and evidence of improving acquisition and retention
- Experience designing and implementing drip campaigns, including writing copy, building emails, launching campaigns, and analyzing results
- Eye for design and ability to build basic but well-designed emails (html not required)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically
- Excellent storyteller
- High level of proactivity, comfort with ambiguity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in a high growth startup environment
- Experience with Hubspot
- Bonus - experience with the healthcare industry and/or women’s healthcare
