Gabbi is hiring a Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role for an operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants meaningful ownership in building a company. You will work closely with the CEO to turn priorities into action, keep the organization aligned, and ensure high-impact work actually gets done. The role blends strategic support with day-to-day execution and cross-functional ownership. You’ll be embedded in the business, touching everything from operations and partnerships to planning, sales, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of operating experience who wants broad exposure, real responsibility, and a clear path to growth as the company scales.

Who You are:
The right individual for this role will be a strong strategic thinker with the innate ability to be proactive, adaptable, and collaborative. You will have a strong ability to create structure and visibility across both executive and other workstreams, and will be driven to help our team function at its best. You should be empathetic and with a high EQ, capable of aiding internal and external stakeholders in resolving complex topics. Lastly, you should be comfortable navigating confidential and sensitive topics with thoughtful discretion.
- 3-5 years in an operating role at a fast-paced technology company, venture-backed startup, or comparable high-intensity organization
- Adept at creating and maintaining operational excellence through strategy development and process excellence to improve team performance
- Roll-up-the-sleeves approach with strong executive presence and analytical rigor
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple deadlines, projects, and stakeholders
- Can define how a project may benefit the company’s efficiency and strategic plan and help execute it
- Outstanding communications skills in both written and spoken English
- Excellent proficiency using Google Suite
- Highly proactive and self-motivated
- High emotional intelligence
- Experience with revenue cycle management a plus, but not required.
What You’ll Do:
Account Management
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention. You will be directly responsible for renewals.
- Manage customer onboarding, handling questions, resolving issues, problem solving, and surfacing feedback internally including managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables for our partners
- Track and analyze account health by monitoring usage and engagement, flagging risks early, and preparing insights to support renewals and potential expansion
- Translate customers needs into actionable tasks
- Create and share customer-facing reports on utilization, outcomes, and performance to reinforce value and maintain strong relationships
Marketing
- Organize monthly & quarterly marketing initiatives to drive engagement
- Design partner-facing materials (eg. Quarterly Business Reviews, Marketing Materials, and reports)
- Own marketing for B2B partners, launching monthly email campaigns
- Execute a LinkedIn strategy to foster thought leadership for existing and potential customers
Business Operations
- People Operations & Process Improvement
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding tasks such as granting/removing system access, equipment setup/return, and compliance checklists
- Ensure a tight process for the drafting, review, and tracking of quarterly and annual OKRs in a way that surfaces key focus areas, cross-functional dependencies, and resource needs
- Assist the CEO in the management of direct reports and key initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and continuity between check-ins
- Identify and implement improvements in workflows such as scheduling, task tracking, and internal communication to drive efficiency
- Reporting & KPIs
- Prepare recurring internal reports, including dashboards on utilization and operational KPIs, business performance metrics, and investor updates on growth and retention
- Support leadership by creating decks and materials for investor updates, customer presentations, and internal reviews
- Define and track product KPIs (conversion rates, engagement, retention) ensuring data-driven decisions
- Go-to-Market
- Partner with the CEO on go-to-market strategies and distribution channels to identify revenue opportunities and execute on various sprints to vet identified channels
- Fundraising
- Build data room and all required fundraising materials
- Assist in running a tight fundraising process from building investor lists to closing the deal and tracking wires and signatures
The Opportunity:
This is an incredible opportunity join a venture backed, early stage startup as employee #5. This is the chance to improve our operational efficiency and create more bandwidth for the CEO. You will work side by side with the CEO, Engineering, and Clinical Operations.
We are a hybrid workforce. This role will function in person in NYC 2-3 days/week with the option to come to the office daily. You will also have the opportunity to travel to work in-person with additional team members and during team offsites on an as-needed basis.
