About Gabbi, Inc.
Description
About Gabbi
Breast cancer touches nearly all of us — personally, through someone we love, or through our communities. By age 50, many women will have been close to someone diagnosed, or faced that diagnosis themselves. In 2026, women should not be dying of breast cancer. At Gabbi, we are on a mission to make late-stage breast cancer obsolete.
Early detection is everything. Women diagnosed at stage 0 or stage 1 have a 99% survival rate; women diagnosed at stage 4 have an approximately 30% survival rate.
The challenge is that too many women don't know their risk — so they don't know what care they need or when to seek it. Gabbi changes that. We start with a comprehensive, evidence-based risk assessment that helps women understand their individualized risk. From there, we provide a personalized action plan and real-time care navigation, supported by our clinical breast specialists, to help women access the right care at the right time.
We are expanding our clinical partnerships with a large hospital system in Georgia, and are looking for a driven, healthcare-savvy individual to serve as the boots-on-the-ground bridge between Gabbi and our partner clinics.
At Gabbi, we save lives.
We are on a mission to make all late stage breast cancer obsolete. We have created a breast cancer risk assessment and early detection solution that offers immediate and accurate results for women of all ages and all ethnicities without the dependence on a medical professional. .
We are looking for a Clinical Liaison who is passionate about improving women's health outcomes and wants to be the boots-on-the-ground face of a mission-driven company.
Who You Are
The Clinical Liaison is a field-based contractor role (20-40 hrs/week) embedded within primary care practices across the Greater Atlanta area, with the potential to expand into OBGYN practices over time. You will be the boots-on-the-ground face of Gabbi in the clinic, you’ll build trusted relationships with providers and clinic staff, drive referral volume, and own the KPIs that define our partnership’s success. This role is primarily field-based, with the majority of your time spent in-clinic.
Beyond day-to-day relationship management, you'll own the full lifecycle of our primary care partnerships: nurturing existing accounts, supporting new practice go-lives, and expanding Gabbi's footprint across the market. This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, knows how to move in a clinical environment, has a track record for building high trust relationships, and can be a credible, consistent presence with both frontline staff and providers.
Our goal is for this role to grow into a full-time position — either as an ongoing contractor or as a full-time Gabbi employee — with expanded responsibilities across markets as Gabbi's clinical partnerships scale. We also envision this person taking on market reporting responsibilities, including tracking referral performance and supporting KPI reviews with our partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Provider relationship management
- Conduct regular in-clinic visits with PCPs and OBGYNs to educate providers and staff on breast cancer risk, early detection guidelines, and the Gabbi care pathway
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical staff, office managers, and department leads
- Own the go-live process for new practices joining Gabbi's network
- Address questions, remove friction, and serve as Gabbi's consistent presence within each practice
- Creatively identify ways to reach providers and office staff to build awareness of Gabbi's services and clinically appropriate patient criteria, with limited budget
Practice engagement and follow-through
- Identify practices where provider awareness of Gabbi is low and work with the Gabbi team to deepen education and presence
- Track outreach activity and practice relationships to ensure consistent coverage and identify gaps in provider awareness
- Surface field intelligence back to the Gabbi team: what is working, what is not, and where the opportunity is
Performance Expectations
- Maintain consistent weekly outreach activity in the field
- Support growth in clinically appropriate referrals and admissions
- Build and sustain relationships with community providers
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of outreach efforts
You are:
Required
- 2 to 3 years of experience working in or alongside healthcare systems, clinics, or health-related organizations OR the same equivalent of experience working in sales (healthcare preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust within the provider community
- Ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences
- Ability to work independently in an unstructured, field-based role
- Comfortable with data: pulling numbers from systems, tracking against targets, and flagging issues proactively
- Based in Georgia (Atlanta Metro) and able to make in-person clinic visits
- Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license; regular travel across the Greater Atlanta area (up to ~2 hours from Atlanta) is a core part of this role
Nice to Have
- Clinical background (RN, MA, NP, PA, or similar)
- Experience in healthcare sales, pharma, medical device, or practice outreach
- Familiarity with Epic or similar EHR systems
Compensation and Structure:
This role is a contractor for hire position starting at 20 hours/ week with the opportunity to flex up to 40+ hours/week for the right candidate with a clear path to full time employment with a $80k salary, health & medical benefits.
Timeline
- Target start: August 2026
- Location: Georgia (Atlanta Metro)
