We’re hiring founding Account Executives to join the Glow Labs go-to-market team. Our AEs are fast learners, have a track record of closing business and have curiosity and passion for the cryptocurrency space.
Our founding Account Executives are building a book of business from scratch, generating their own pipeline, and moving deals to close. They have a history of B2B SaaS sales experience and have a strong understanding of web3.
About Glow Labs
What you’ll do as an account executive
Build a book of business from scratch — taking on a territory and ideal customer profile and creating a sustainable pipeline.
Operationalize sales motion for the rest of the organization — create scale and programs.
Source new prospects that fit Glow Labs qualification criteria.
Manage CRM database with all data points, meeting notes, etc.
Establish and run partner account planning meetings.
Propose creative applications for the partnership.
Manage new client onboarding.
Take ownership of post-close management and success.
Be the communication channel between users and our internal teams by providing key findings and feedback.
To thrive in this position
✔️ Executor and independent driver and self-motivated
✔️ Metrics focused
✔️ Extremely organized and detail oriented
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Ability to work on a distributed team with a high degree of ownership
✔️ 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
✔️ You have deep knowledge of web3, crypto communities, and knowledge of traditional loyalty rewards products.
