What you’ll do as customer success manager
Collect, track and analyze customer feedback to gain a deep understanding of the needs of the customer
Create and manage support docs or knowledge base that educate users on how to use Glow Labs and troubleshoot errors
Own customer relationships to ensure they are getting the most out of Glow Labs features form onboarding to renewal or upgrade and beyond
Manage communications of new feature releases and bug fixes
Design processes for internal and external teams to flag issues and get them resolved, manage ticketing and escalation
To thrive in this position
Executor and independent driver and self-motivated
3+ years in a customer success role at a SaaS organization
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to make assumptions and design processes
Extremely organized and structured
You have deep knowledge of web3, crypto communities, and knowledge of traditional loyalty rewards products.
