What will you do?
This is an exciting opportunity - a hybrid position - where you’ll mix both creative and analytical thinking responsible for overseeing and orchestrating Sales at Ground. The combination of early SDR and Sales Analyst work will support Account Executives in finding opportunities, all the way to analyzing the success and areas of improvement for both Sales and Product. You’ll even get your hands dirty in analyzing the impact of the Product and revenue generation activities for customers!
SDR Management:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online databases.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the company's customer base.
Work closely with the marketing team to align on and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Manage Sales Activities: Manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM (Hubspot).
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation, qualification, and sales appointments.
Sales Analysis:
Reporting: Regularly report on key metrics, performance, and insights to sales and marketing teams.
Product & Customer Support:
Own the weekly data pull for Ground’s performance for customer
Summarize sales reports and analyses for customer reports and presentations
What you should have
Strong work ethic, resilience, and humble eagerness to learn
2+ years of sales & analysis experience
Experience managing SaaS sales cycles at a previous startup. Previous experience preferred in working within B2B supporting e-commerce
A track record of success in consistently building pipeline
Comfortable in SQL and MS Excel… bonus points if you can write code in Python
You thrive working in a fast-paced environment, with little instructions, and get the job done no matter what. You like to own, you don’t rent
