About the role

You’ll enjoy the freedom and autonomy to tackle both technical challenges and strategic opportunities head-on, all while representing Ground at exciting in-person meetings, industry events, and fun-filled happy hours. What You’ll do:
Strategy & Analysis
Partner with the co-founders, product, and sales team to bring new opportunities to the business
Own analysis to support key growth initiatives and provide critical business insights
Create and present materials to leadership to provide business insights and drive decision-making
Create dashboards and track KPIs relevant to Ground’s growth
Sales
Lead and support cold outreach
Attending conferences with the intention of representing Ground and driving new leads
Marketing
Organize and lead Ground IRL events, webinars, dinners, for existing and prospective clients
Support client onboardings through creative ideas
Content creation and distribution: Own the Podcast, newsletter, and email marketing channels to support brand awareness and credibility of Ground
Other:
Being scrappy and ready to jump in wherever needed to provide the best experience for our users.
Take on additional operational responsibilities as needed, including scheduling, data analysis, project coordination, and process improvement

Experience:
You have 0-3+ years of experience or interest in sales, marketing, or generalist roles at venture-backed startups.
Previous experience working with commerce platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and Attentive.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
The ability to simplify technical subjects into digestible, value-driven actions

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
