The Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead our efforts on these key platforms. You’ll be the go-to person for all things Meta and Google ads, helping us grow our brand and help more families. You’ll work closely with our team—think of us as your creative partners in crime—to test new ideas, optimize campaigns, and discover new channels to explore as we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Shape Our Strategy: You’ll lead the charge on our Meta and Google ad strategies, driving growth and ensuring we hit our goals
- Collaborate with Creatives: You’ll work with agencies and in-house UGC creators, writing and editing ads yourself and giving others the direction they need to create videos that resonate with our audience.
- Experiment & Learn: From writing briefs for landing pages to setting up tests in our ad accounts, you’ll drive experiments and share what’s working (and what’s not)
- Refine Our Approach: You’ll constantly test and tweak our audiences, creatives, offers, and landing page to keep improving our performance
- Work Together: You’ll partner closely with our Director of Performance to make sure our growth model is on track and that we’re setting ambitious but achievable targets
- Explore New Channels: As we scale, you’ll have the chance to explore and experiment with new advertising channels beyond Meta and Google.
What We’re Looking For
- Meta & Google Guru: You’ve got deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, and you’ve got the results to prove it. You’re a master at creative testing and analysis
- Experienced Marketer: You bring at least 5 years of hands-on data-driven experience inside a Google or Meta ad account, and a track record of consistently increasing spend and hitting increasing goals.
- Creative Eye: You’re comfortable directing creators and giving detailed, constructive feedback to make sure our ads hit the mark
- Industry Savvy: You understand the ins and outs of B2C marketing and can navigate the ever-changing landscape with ease
- Lifelong Learner: You’re always looking to stay ahead of the curve, constantly learning and adapting to new trends and tools.
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience in growth-stage DTC businesses
• Familiarity with BI tools like Amplitude or Looker
• Experience successfully scaling TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads
