We are looking for a results-driven, ambitious Account Executive, Hospitals and Health Systems to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Your focus as an AE will be researching leads, general sales support, starting new relationships that lead to commitments for an initial discovery meeting regarding how our solutions can improve patient care, reduce costs, gain exposure to impacted communities through our directory, and meet regulatory mandates for cultural competency training.
As an Account Executive at HUED, you'll have the chance to learn from the leadership and the CEO and the potential for future career growth in sales and marketing with a rapidly growing software company.
Your key tasks include:
- Work with sales leadership to develop an outreach plan and prioritization of a target list of healthcare executives, leveraging sales intelligence tools as needed
- Research and development of sales decks and pitch materials
- Conduct targeted, relationship-building, outbound telephone calls to prospects to identify decision makers and qualify opportunities with the goal of setting qualified appointments
- General sales support in areas such as market intelligence, customer segmentation strategies, and prospecting plans
- Work with the varied constituencies in Sales and Marketing to drive lead generation for new opportunities
- Utilize deep market analyses to understand local patterns, customer segments, and high-value targets
- Manage communication with prospects and clients in an efficient manner through the utilization of Hubspot database
- Educate key decision makers and partners on the value of HUED and the full suite of product offerings
- Track activities, leads, and pending deals in Hubspot (CRM) and participate in sales meetings and calls with internal and external teams
- Be able to communicate the features, but more importantly, the benefits of HUED’s solutions to clients and prospects
- Conduct meetings to develop an understanding of client needs and how the different HUED products can meet these needs
- Maintain strong market share and awareness/understanding of competitors, different competitive tracking tools and research
Requirements:
• Experience strategically identifying sales opportunities within the healthcare industry**must have B2B experience
• Work closely with leadership team to help secure the progression of the deals you drive
• Directly contribute to our sales pipeline by month 1
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

• Processes-driven and are very organized
• An entrepreneurial mindset, curious, and interested in experimenting with new techniques to improve our sales process
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a contagious high-energy
• Familiarity with modern sales tech stack: CRMs, (we use HubSpot but experience with others are fine) Notion, Slack, etc
• Always striving to improve your day-to-day
• Passionate about improving healthcare and technology
• Hungry for success and love winning with your team
• Goal-oriented and strong ability to show initiative
• Quick learner who is persistent and can overcome objections
• Constantly aspire to elevate day-to-day operations
• 4+ years managing B2B partnerships
• 4+ years in healthcare
