At Apple, we believe that doing our best work also means making a meaningful impact in the communities where we live and work. The Managing Director Office in Greater China is seeking a highly motivated intern to support Corporate Giving programs and related project operations.
This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Giving initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. It is well suited for a candidate with strong project management potential, sound judgment, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to bring structure and clarity to day-to-day work. We are looking for someone who can maintain a clear view of priorities, follow through consistently, and help move projects forward with resilience and professionalism.

This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Giving initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day coordination of Corporate Giving projects and related activities.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, status updates, meeting notes, presentation materials, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to support smooth project execution.
- Help organize reports, data, and regular communications for project reviews and management updates.
- Provide coordination and execution support for other team projects and priorities as needed.
- Student of Bachelor or Master degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Keynote, Numbers, Pages, or similar productivity tools.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating or managing projects through internships, academic work, student organizations, volunteer initiatives, or other relevant experiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
- Exposure to event operations, community programs, nonprofit initiatives, employee engagement activities, or other cross-functional projects is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience building trackers, preparing reports, coordinating stakeholders, and improving team processes.
- Familiarity with data management and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs); demonstrates an AI-enabled mindset to drive efficiency and innovation.
