Description

We are looking for TPM (Technical Program Manager) to collaborate with multi-functional teams. The candidate will play a meaningful role in the development of Apple products including working with cross functional team to automated manual process, looking for opportunities for more effective manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead in resolving complex issues during bring-up and life of product.
• Provide technical assessment of existing or new manufacturing partners and identify manufacturing processes to meet product design.
• Work with suppliers to develop fixtures and automation to ensure correct performance and mechanical requirements.
• Develop/optimize existing tool to connect, collect, processing, visualizing manufacturing data.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• BS degree or above, majoring in Materials Science, Mechanical/EE/Automation Engineering.
• Good English communication (written & spoken).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong willingness/interest to investigate into the details.
• Excellent project management skills, working in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrable track record of managing a cross-functional team and achieve new product objectives inclusive of quality, yield and cost
• Proven bottom line project management experience (Planning, Cost & Delivery)
• Experience working with international OEM partners.
• Experience in massive data analysis, coding and machine learning would be a plus.
