Summary

This role serves as a core execution partner to the Giving Program Manager and the Managing Director Office, supporting the delivery of Apple’s Community Investment and strategic engagement initiatives in Greater China.

Description

The Project Manager is responsible for driving day-to-day execution, ensuring strong coordination across stakeholders, disciplined project management, and high-quality partner engagement.

This is a highly dynamic role suited for someone who thrives in execution, enjoys structure and coordination, and is eager to grow into broader program ownership over time.

Responsibilities

  • Project Execution & Delivery
  • Translate program strategies into detailed work plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive day-to-day execution of multiple giving projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Track progress, manage risks, and maintain clear visibility across all workstreams
  • Partners and Stakeholders Coordination
  • Coordinate communications, maintain documentation, track deliverables and ensure smooth operational execution across internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless delivery through strong coordination, logistics management, and stakeholder alignment
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a central coordination point across internal stakeholders (e.g. business teamsPR, Finance, GA, Legal, and many more )
  • Ensure alignment on timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Proactively identify and resolve execution gaps or bottlenecks
  • Reporting & Program Support
  • Track key metrics and support impact reporting and dashboards
  • Prepare materials for leadership updates and reviews
  • Capture insights, risks, and improvement opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Corporate Giving, project management, or leadership engagement, ideally in multinational environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with strong execution discipline
  • Strong organizational and project tracking skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in fast-changing environments
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

  • Highly self-motivated, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Strong ownership mindset with willingness to take initiative
  • Background in operations or business management is a plus
