Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest partners. Reporting to the Carrier Account Manager, the Carrier Account Executive drives the growth and commercial performance of Apple's business with a key carrier partner in Australia, executing the go-to-market strategy, building deep cross-functional relationships, and delivering results across the full Apple product ecosystem.
Description
You will drive the day-to-day execution of Apple's business with the partner, advancing the development and execution of the go-to-market plan aligned to both Apple's priorities and the partner's commercial objectives. This includes managing demand generation programs and enabling partner teams through training, tools, and programs, whilst building deep knowledge of their business model, strategy, internal capabilities, and growth ambitions.
Working cross-functionally, you will bring the full strength of Apple’s product ecosystem and capabilities to your partner while maintaining the operational rigour and focus needed to deliver against quarterly targets. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. It requires commercial acumen, building of trusted relationships, influence, and the ability to move with precision in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environment.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the joint go-to-market plan, translating carrier strategic objectives into execution of prioritised activities, programs, and demand generation initiatives.
- Build trusted, influential relationships across the partner's commercial, operational, marketing, digital, and retail teams to develop their capabilities and impact.
- Partner with teams across Apple to articulate the growth opportunity, mobilise resources, and bring the best of Apple to the account.
- Manage day-to-day operational elements, including forecasting inputs, program tracking, and performance reporting.
- Build business cases that inform commercial decisions and identify new growth opportunities, whilst ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Represent Apple with the highest standards of integrity in every partner interaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- 8+ years of sales, account management, or commercial experience in consumer technology, telecommunications, or digital industries.
- Strong understanding of the Australian mobile carrier landscape, including carrier economics, plan structures, operating rhythms, and digital & retail execution.
- Experience contributing to complex commercial partnerships and working alongside senior account leaders and partner executives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build business cases, interpret data, and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to tailor your style to different audiences, from internal teams to carrier partner stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation, collaborating across multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Capable of working autonomously while managing a variety of non-standardised tasks and competing priorities
