The Pacific Logistics team keeps Apple’s Operations running smoothly. We work with leading logistics partners and internal teams across Asia Pacific to move, store, and deliver Apple products with care and speed. Whether we’re supporting online customers, retail stores, or our channel partners, we make sure every delivery feels seamless. As a Logistics Services Specialist, you’ll help us keep customers happy by managing undelivered shipments and working closely with teams across Apple and our logistics network. You’ll use data to uncover insights, solve real problems, and help us improve how we deliver every day! It’s a role where you’ll learn quickly, make an impact, and grow with a team that supports you.
Description
Oversee the customer fulfillment experience by tracking key metrics and resolving shipping exceptions. Work with partners across Inbound, Outbound, our Distribution Center, the Contact Center, Reseller Ops, Retail Fulfillment, and 3PLs. Review partner performance and customer behavior to spot issues and take action. Build dashboards and reports with support from our Business Process Re-engineering team. Support peak periods and adjust to shifting operational needs.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics operations or customer service.
- A relevant degree.
- Clear communication skills across writing, speaking, and presenting.
- Strong Excel skills and experience using analytics or BI tools (Tableau, GBI).
- Ability to interpret data and use it to guide decisions.
- Experience with SAP or Apple internal databases.
- Success working with cross-functional teams and logistics partners.
- Ability to stay focused and organized in fast-moving situations.
- A curious, problem-solving mindset.
- Flexibility to work different hours based on operational needs.
