Summary
Xcode Cloud is Apple's continuous integration and delivery service. As a Web Engineer on the team, you will design and build the interfaces that developers around the world rely on to manage builds, run tests in parallel, distribute to testers, and act on feedback as they ship apps for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS.
Description
You will design and build Xcode Cloud's web experience alongside our Human Interface designers and server engineers, treating performance, security, privacy, and accessibility as core requirements throughout. Your decisions shape the daily workflow of developers shipping apps for Apple’s platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $94,500 and $174,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple Inc.’s discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit award recommendations, and can purchase Apple Inc. stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple Inc.’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience building large-scale web applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript
- A strong grasp of web fundamentals, including accessibility and performance
- Experience with automated testing, code review, and continuous delivery
- Experience communicating with customers and collaborating across design and engineering teams
- Experience working in a multi-discipline teams
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related industry experience
- Experience with a component-based UI framework such as React
- Familiarity with monorepo tooling such as Turborepo, Nx
- Experience integrating web service APIs
- Exposure to iOS or macOS development with Swift, Objective-C, or C/C++
- Fluency with AI assistants and agentic coding workflows
- Enthusiasm for great design
