Summary
Apple's Distribution Centre Operations team drives the operational performance of Finished Goods & AppleCare across the EMEIA region. We are a small, high-impact team responsible for the operational excellence of Apple's distribution network, from program governance and vendor partnerships to data-driven insight and continuous improvement. Our work spans multiple countries, partners, and product lines.

We are seeking an Operations Program Analyst to take ownership of a broad and meaningful portfolio at the heart of that work. This isn't a coordination role in the background — it's a high-visibility position at the operational center of how Apple manages its distribution network across EMEIA, and a genuine opportunity to own it.

Description
In this role, you will be the connective tissue between program governance, vendor operations, and operational intelligence across the EMEIA region. You will manage the end-to-end program lifecycle for Value Added Services and AppleCare Engineering initiatives, maintain the EMEIA operations roadmap, and serve as the primary operational contact for a third-party logistics partner running a distribution centre in Cork, Ireland.

You will partner with the central planning team to consolidate and communicate KPI performance across EMEIA Finished Goods and AppleCare operations, and you will actively identify opportunities to automate and improve how the team works, including through AI tooling. Success in this role requires someone who is self-directed, analytically rigorous, and equally comfortable preparing an executive briefing and resolving a vendor issue.

Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain management systems for Value Added Services and AppleCare Engineering programs, tracking status, risks, and milestones across a dynamic project portfolio
  • Maintain the EMEIA operations roadmap, ensuring alignment across project owners and delivery timelines
  • Prepare executive-ready updates and briefing materials that give leadership clear visibility of progress and risk
  • Serve as primary operational contact for a third-party logistics partner running a distribution centre in Cork, Ireland, managing performance reviews, cadences, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate DC partner roadmaps across EMEIA in collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Consolidate and manage KPI reporting across EMEIA Finished Goods and AppleCare operations, partnering with the central planning team
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes, including through AI tooling
  • Drive workflow discipline across the team using a workflow management system, keeping tasks, timelines, and ownership visible and well-structured
  • Occasional travel within EMEIA may be required

Minimum Qualifications
  • Comfort working with data and operational metrics to inform decisions and communicate insights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver to a high standard in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present information clearly to a range of audiences
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
  • A degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in program or project coordination, supply chain operations, or a related field within a fast-paced, product-driven environment
  • Execution & Delivery: You take full ownership of commitments from start to completion, maintaining rigour and accountability throughout
  • Analytical Rigour: You identify what matters in complex data sets and communicate findings with clarity and purpose
  • Communication: You distil complexity into clarity — whether in an executive briefing or a vendor review, you communicate with confidence and precision
  • Influence & Autonomy: You work independently, build trust across organisations, and advocate for the right outcome even when faced with differing views
  • Learning Agility: You pick up complex systems and new domains quickly, treating ambiguity as opportunity and actively seeking feedback to grow
  • Resilience: You sustain consistent high performance across a varied and demanding workload, maintaining focus and composure under pressure
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, workflow management tools, or BI reporting platforms is advantageous
  • Experience managing or coordinating third-party vendor or logistics partner relationships
  • Exposure to multi-country or regional operations within EMEIA or equivalent
