We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Digital to lead our digital initiatives across acquisition, retention, and overall digital strategy. This role is responsible for setting the vision, direction, and execution of our digital presence to drive growth, customer engagement, and brand value. This role is based in Los Angeles (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional digital initiatives across marketing & product teams.
- Own the digital roadmap, ensuring prioritization of high-impact programs across channels and platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Customer Acquisition
- Lead paid media, SEO, SEM, affiliate, and other acquisition channels to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Develop and manage digital media budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
- Identify and test new channels and tactics for scalable user acquisition.
- Collaborate with brand and content teams to align messaging and creative strategy, including sourcing and evaluating user generated content.
Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Oversee retention strategies through CRM, email, SMS, loyalty programs and overall customer experience.
- Develop lifecycle programs that increase engagement, reduce churn, and maximize customer LTV.
- Leverage segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation tools to deliver tailored experiences.
Data & Analytics
- Build and maintain a robust performance measurement framework for all digital initiatives.
- Use data to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and uncover new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 7-8 years of progressive digital marketing, eCommerce, or growth experience
- Proven track record in both customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, digital platforms, CRM, and MarTech.
- Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Plus + App ecosystem,, Klaviyo, etc.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in retail, DTC, Beauty preferred.
