We're seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to spearhead our local marketing efforts and build strong community relationships. In this role, you'll create and nurture connections with referral partners and local businesses while developing a deep understanding of our target audience. You'll be the face of our brand in the community, implementing strategic outreach campaigns and managing relationships like a well-organized sales process.

This is a full time position based in the New York City or Stamford, CT area and reports to the Sr Director of Marketing. On the ground, in-person work in both NYC and CT is required. This is a benefits-eligible position and the compensation range is $120k-$130k as part of a competitive compensation package. This role is also eligible for bonus compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with local referral partners including pediatricians, fertility clinics, daycares, and other businesses that serve our new or soon-to-be parents.
  • Nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and other thoughtful interactions.
  • Execute local marketing strategies including distributing promotional materials and coordinating meetings or events.
  • Facilitate connections between our providers and potential referral partners
  • Track all outreach activities and relationship development in a structured funnel approach.
  • Research and identify community touchpoints where new and expectant mothers seek information.
  • Secure placements in local newsletters, community groups, and relevant platforms.
  • Gather market intelligence on local preferences, trends, and opportunities
  • Plan and execute targeted local events or promotional activities
  • Define, set and report on relationship metrics, conversion rates, and growth opportunities

Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in field marketing, community outreach, or sales
  • Experience with CRM systems and relationship tracking tools
  • Willingness to travel locally

Oula offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, and comprehensive benefits. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
