About the Role
Primary is looking for a Wholesale & Marketplaces Assistant to support the sales and merchandising teams in the marketplace go-to-market process. This role is a hands-on, entry-level position focused on product setup and data management across our sales channels. You will collaborate closely with the merchandising, ecommerce, and creative teams to ensure the customer has a great experience with Primary, wherever they shop.
This position will begin as a part-time/temporary role, 25-30 hours per week through the summer initially with the potential to extended based on performance and business needs.
What You’ll Do
Support the end-to-end product setup process across marketplace channels, including gathering product information and launching listings
Compile and maintain product data, including required attributes and key details (descriptions, images, size charts, etc.)
Audit product listings for accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment; troubleshoot issues as they arise
Assist in monitoring product and assortment performance across channels
Support weekly sales review and other relevant meetings
What You’ll Bring
Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel or similar tools)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
