Rising Team is looking for a creative, entrepreneurial, and savvy social media intern to join our growing marketing communications team! This will be an exciting opportunity to contribute at an early stage start-up, learn a tremendous amount, and grow quickly with excellent coaching and mentorship.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand our mission and our customers
  • Work alongside the Go To Market team to help execute monthly social media strategies
  • Brainstorm, create and craft compelling copy and content across Rising Team social media platforms to help increase audience growth
  • Generate leads for our product via our social channels
  • Help maintain content calendar for posts, and thought leadership opportunities on social media platforms
  • Monitor and conduct ongoing research on key industry trends and platforms, competitive insights and applications to appropriately apply that knowledge towards content creation
  • Collect and analyze data on content performance
  • Contribute to a fun and empowering team culture

What You'll Need:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience writing clean copy and creating visual and/or video content for social media platforms (FB, X, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Graphic design and layout experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google tools (docs, sheets, etc.), marketing and social media organizational platforms (Hubspot) and Slack
  • Openness to coaching and feedback
  • Adaptability and willing to be challenged
  • Passion for results and high-quality work
  • Understanding that we succeed and fail together as one team
