Based in NYC, the annual membership includes ongoing access to a multidisciplinary Care Team, an 80-min annual baseline assessment, quarterly preventative visits, expanded lab panels & diagnostics, chat messaging, expedited access to top specialists, and more. The Lanby also offers an a la carte service, Just The Labs, which provides access to our expanded lab panels and includes a 45-min consultation with the Care Team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This position is ideal for a candidate seeking an innovative care delivery role in a growing healthcare startup. As a key member of the care team, the RN is critical to ensuring our members feel their health narrative is heard and well managed.

YOU WILL

As their patients’ primary point of contact, the RN is responsible for maintaining ongoing communication with their patients and triaging their care. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Triaging and responding to patient messages via a centralized provider app.
• Assisting the lead physician and physician associate with administrative and documentation tasks.
• Performing in-office blood draws and injections.
• Coordinating patient care for specialist referrals and imaging.
• Managing clinical follow-ups to keep members on track with screenings and other clinical milestones.
• Taking and recording vitals accurately.
• Educating patients on their health conditions and treatment options and providing guidance on next steps.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ year(s) experience as a Registered Nurse
• Phlebotomy certified and/or significant experience performing blood draws
• Certified in NY
• Full time in NYC
