LANBY OVERVIEW

The Lanby is a wellness-forward concierge medicine practice for patients who value a holistic, proactive approach to care. We take an expansive approach to primary care - one that's integrative, personalized, and above all, patient-centric.

Members are assigned a dedicated care team involving a Lead Physician (MD), Wellness Advisor (RD), Advanced Practitioner (PA/NP) and Member Advocate, who work collaboratively to support all pillars of the patient journey: medicine, wellness, and coordination.

The annual membership includes an 80-min baseline assessment, quarterly check-ins, acute care, comprehensive labwork, a personalized care plan, chat messaging, curated specialist referrals, quarterly check-ins, and more.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a physician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-touch, root-cause-focused care while shaping the future of our growing practice. This role is perfect for an innovative and patient-centric physician eager to embrace a team-based, proactive, and personalized care model.

Over time, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of clinical and wellness practitioners, oversee comprehensive care plans, and ensure our members receive exceptional clinical oversight, ongoing support, and a seamless care experience.

As part of your growth at The Lanby, you will receive in-house and external training in Functional and Integrative Medicine to ensure a consistent, holistic approach across all Care Teams.

YOU WILL

• Serve as the leader for your Care Team, ensuring exceptional clinical quality, continuity, and compassionate care.
• Conduct comprehensive, 80 minute Baseline Visits for new and existing members.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, integrating conventional and functional medicine approaches.
• Oversee the development of personalized care plans, collaborating with the Wellness Advisor.
• Analyze comprehensive lab panels and provide tailored, root-cause-driven treatment recommendations.
• Conduct quarterly care team visits to assess progress and adjust care strategies accordingly.
• Conduct acute same-day visits.
• ​Deliver hospitality-driven care with a high level of responsiveness, personalization, and support.C
• ommunicate with members via chat for chronic condition management, sick care, and follow-ups.L
• everage technology (EHR, member app, remote monitoring) to provide seamless, data-driven care.C

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Licensed to practice in New York
• 3+ years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting
• Strong interest in Functional & Integrative Medicine (training provided)
• Clinic Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm

Preferred:

• Experience or previous training in Integrative Medicine and/or Functional Medicine
• Experience in concierge medicine, direct primary care, or a membership-based model
• Willing to start part-time and transition to full-time in NYC (in-person and virtual)

TIMELINE & COMPENSATION

• Start Date: March 2025
• Base Salary: $250K - $290K (Prorated for part-time work)
