How You'll Contribute:
Work closely with go-to-market teams to engage with potential and current customers, working to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and goals.
Lead the design of customized solutions that address customer requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and performance goals
Build proof of concepts that will demonstrate Thrive’s capabilities, prove out ideas and help better convey purpose of your solution to your product counterparts
Become a true product expert on Thrive’s platform
Help customers understand the optimal way to integrate Thrive into their environments
Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions with potential and current customers that demonstrate the value of Thrive’s solutions
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand product capabilities, tailor solutions to fit client requirements, and provide relevant customer feedback to inform product development
Work directly with customers and stakeholders to define and clarify requirements, set expectations, and provide technical guidance throughout the pre and post sales process
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution architectures, implementation plans, and configurations
Partner with go-to-market and technology teams to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and customer requirements ensuring accurate and compelling technical content
Must Haves:
3+ years of demonstrated experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role, with a track record of successfully supporting go-to-market teams and driving revenue
Baseline experience in software development with domain knowledge of both backend and frontend technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Technical understanding of RESTful APIs and integration of RESTful services into enterprise applications.
Baseline experience with Typescript backend services and GraphQL
Demonstrated experience working with enterprise prospects and customers; strong understanding of customer needs and ability to design relevant solutions
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience; demonstrated experience working directly with go-to-market and technology teams and acting as a conduit between those audiences
Strong sales acumen; understanding of the sales process and ability to align technical solutions with business goals
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ability to adapt to customer needs and shifting priorities

Compensation for this role depends on level, and will likely fall in the $110,000-140,000 range. We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity
