As a Contract Brand Designer at Thrive Global, you’ll support the execution of our brand’s visual identity across a variety of creative projects. In this contract role as a member of the brand team, you’ll work closely with our go-to-market, product, and content teams to create high-impact, on-brand deliverables that reflect our mission and connect with our audience.

How You'll Contribute:
- Apply and uphold Thrive Global’s brand identity across a wide range of formats and touchpoints
- Design clear, compelling deliverables including: presentations, one-pagers and marketing collateral, workbooks and guides, social media graphics, landing pages and web visuals
- Help evolve and document Thrive’s brand guidelines and marketing design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Support the execution of brand and marketing campaigns, from concept through final production, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Contribute ideas during brainstorms and team reviews, helping evolve and elevate the brand’s visual expression
- Ensure all work aligns with the appropriate brand guidelines and quality standards — whether for the Thrive Global brand or for a customer’s brand
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of relevant experience working with brand and marketing teams
- Proficient in Figma
- Proficient experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign
- Familiar with presentation tools such as Pitch, Google Slides, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working within existing brand systems, but able to bring fresh ideas and refinements
Compensation for this role depends on level, and will likely fall in the $40-60/hour range. We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity
