The Senior Manager of B2B Marketing will play a pivotal role in growing our brand presence for Zola for Vendors with the wedding vendor community. Zola is where today’s couples are getting married. With Zola you can plan your whole wedding in one place. Our vendor marketplace is a key product offering, where couples can come to discover and book venues and vendors across all categories. This role will focus on the growth of the venue and vendor community and our Zola for Vendors brand. This includes growing industry awareness and generating inbound leads and interest. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, this person will be key in developing and executing our B2B brand strategy, content marketing, conference and event presence and other key initiatives to make Zola for Vendors a must have platform for the wedding vendor community.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B brand strategy to position Zola for Vendors as the most trusted and leading solution within the wedding vendor community
  • Increase brand visibility and awareness among wedding venues and vendors across all categories through smart initiatives and marketing programs
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Zola for Vendors presence at key industry conferences and events. Identify the right places to be to create connections and generate leads for the sales team
  • Create and promote compelling B2B content to drive expertise and engagement to help retain and build value with our existing vendor community
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to create impactful sales collateral and materials that effectively communicate the value of Zola for Vendors
  • Strategize and partner with the Zola growth team to test various digital marketing efforts that can drive leads from prospective venues and vendors
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience or combination of consumer brand and B2B experience
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably with a two sided marketplace business
  • Passion and interest in either the wedding industry or in supporting small businesses
  • A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner
  • Relationship Building – Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with the hotel industry stakeholders and potential partners
  • Experience with Hubspot as a CRM platform and ability to learn systems and tools quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A proactive and results-oriented individual who is motivated by achieving and exceeding marketing goals
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever the is the most important task at hand

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000.
