As our Brand Manager, you will be responsible for bringing the marketing strategy for Zola, Zola for Vendors, and Zola Baby by executing compelling paid, owned and earned campaigns and initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop strategies and tactics that drive awareness and consideration, and strengthen brand health. You will champion the Zola, Zola For Vendors and Zola Baby brands, and relentlessly pursue creative opportunities that reinforce our positioning and set us apart.

The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with experience leading brand initiatives and integrated marketing programs, from concept to execution. They’re a brand champion with a deep understanding of the consumer, who loves to find creative ways to make an impact.

What you’ll do

  • Lead integrated marketing planning and execution for all Zola, Zola For Vendors and Zola Baby brand initiatives and campaigns, including objective/goal setting, strategy development, briefing/ideation, execution and measurement/post analysis
  • Conceptualize and execute fresh ideas that capture our audience’s attention, differentiate our brand, and make a business impact
  • Support PR and Social with narrative-building and messaging consistency
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that positions Zola for Vendors as the most trusted and leading solution within the wedding vendor community
  • Create and execute a B2B content strategy to drive expertise and engagement amongst prospective and existing wedding vendors, and own the briefing and distribution of content across channels
  • Lead our Zola For Vendors ambassador strategy, identifying and engaging ambassadors and creators who align with our values to increase reach and amplify brand messaging
  • Take charge of our Zola For Vendors events strategy, identifying where we need to be and in what capacity, and collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure flawless planning and execution across all channels
  • Support the Zola For Vendors Sales and Account Management teams with up on-brand collateral, impactful marketing materials, and marketing tools that will allow them to generate leads and drive conversion

The Ideal Candidate has/is…

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a combination of B2C and B2B businesses
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring projects from concept to execution
  • Strong creative and strategic acumen, with the ability to originate brand ideas and identify new opportunities and see them through to final execution
  • A consumer-first mindset, with the ability to empathize and develop strategies and solutions that resonate with our target audiences
  • Incredible project management skills, with strong work ethic, responsiveness, and a results-oriented mindset. They’re reliable, in the details, and can navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while staying organized
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, and a knack for building strong internal and external relationships

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000.
