Job Title: Photographer (Full-Time or Freelance)

We’re a growing beauty brand with a creative, collaborative team passionate about crafting elevated, effective, and visually striking content. We’re looking for a skilled photographer to help bring our brand to life across digital and print platforms.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a talented photographer with proven experience in the beauty industry to join us either full-time or on a freelance basis. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality imagery and video content, including still life, e-commerce, and on-model assets for use across digital campaigns, email, social media, paid media, and print collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot high-quality photography and video content that aligns with brand aesthetics
• Execute a variety of content types, including still life product photography, on-model shoots, and short-form video for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and paid media
• Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand products, shot lists, and creative direction
• Ensure lighting, composition, and styling meet professional and brand standards
• Maintain a high level of quality control across all imagery and video assets
• Help manage shoot logistics, including set-up, equipment, and organization of raw footage

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of photography experience, preferably within the beauty or personal care industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing product, lifestyle, and model work in beauty or similar industries
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Premiere Pro)
• Experience with Aputure studio lights and on-set production
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively
• Detail-oriented with strong visual storytelling and brand alignment skills
• Experience with retouching and video editing is a plus, but not required
