Job Title: Coordinator, Global Marketing

Location: DUMBO, Brooklyn (Hybrid) - 4 days in office

Salary Range: $65K-$75K

The Role:

VIOLETTE_FR is seeking a Global Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of global marketing initiatives across both consumer and retail marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, eager to learn, and energized by a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Global Marketing Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams and retail partners, helping to bring global campaigns to life by supporting planning and asset coordination, and distribution across markets.

This role is suited for a proactive team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, approaches their work with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through, and a genuine curiosity for how global brands connect with consumers across different touchpoints. They are adaptable, detail-oriented, and excited to grow their marketing skill set while contributing meaningfully to organization and business goals.

Responsibilities:

Global Retail & Trade Marketing

  • Manage new product launch retailer product setups, partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline information distribution
  • Manage copy and asset delivery to retail partners via each retailers preferred delivery system
  • Manage and maintain internal retailer reference documents
  • Creative Asset Briefing: Develop brief, schedule team briefing and disseminate brief to pertinent stakeholders
  • Weekly retail sales reporting, and monthly retail recaps
  • Partner with manager on annual retailer marketing plans and execution
  • Assist with retail related product mailings

Global Marketing

  • Manage and maintain annual launch calendar presentations to ensure accuracy and that they are up to date with proper distribution
  • Conduct competitive research for various products/programs
  • Assist with campaign briefing: own briefing of specific projects by leading the brief development, scheduling of team briefings and dissemination of brief to pertinent stakeholders
  • Manage updates of brand onboarding presentations

Experience & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in the workforce
  • Exposure to or comfortable in a founder-led environment
  • Adept at email correspondence without assistance from ChatGPT
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and platforms
