Salary Range: $75K-$80K
The Role: VIOLETTE_FR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketing Assistant Manager to support the execution and optimization of our E-commerce ecosystem across .com, marketplaces, email marketing, SMS, and analytics. This role will play a critical part in driving performance and growth for our direct-to-consumer business across all E-commerce touchpoints. The ideal candidate is both collaborative and results-driven, working closely with cross-functional marketing partners to ensure seamless execution and efficient workflows. They are highly organized, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Email & SMS
- Plan, brief, build, and deploy email & SMS campaigns (promotional, lifecycle, triggered)
- Collaborate with manager and creative team on content, segmentation, and personalization strategies
- Ensure campaigns are approved, QA’d and deployed accurately and on schedule
- Track and report on performance metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion) and provide insights for optimization
- E-Commerce
- Assist in updates to the website and marketplaces (Shop and TikTok Shop) for product launches, promotional campaigns, and other initiatives
- Assist in creating and managing collection pages for use across marketing channels
- Assist in managing seasonal merchandising & SEO updates for the website and marketplaces (Shop and TikTok Shop)
- Support A/B testing initiatives and monitor site performance while recommending optimizations to improve engagement and conversion
- Assist in updates to the website and marketplaces (Shop and TikTok Shop) for product launches, promotional campaigns, and other initiatives
- Analytics
- Support the analysis of performance across .com, email, and SMS channels
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Experience & Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce and email/SMS marketing, preferably in beauty, luxury, fashion and/or wellness
- Experience with marketing and organizational tools such as Klaviyo, Attentive, G-Suite and Dropbox
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Thrives in a nimble, agile, “roll up your sleeves” environment while maintain high standards for execution
